The Spanish maps are described in Koeman / Krogt AN II p.226, 2:232.2J Part 2.Joan Blaeu enlarged his three-volume atlas with a fourth volume in 1646. This first four-volume atlas was published in 1647. The text of the first three volumes was reset. Altough the number of maps and their order was maintained, some small alterations in numbering and signatures were made. The fifth and sixth volumes followed in 1654 and 1655 respectively.
